A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the project site, located at 500 South 4th Street, Hoopeston, IL 60942. Perspective bidders shall meet at the project site at the Maple Street drive entrance location.
